Recruiting
MT Care Link identifies, recruits, and credentials providers, creating high quality networks capable of sustaining each client’s needs. For transportation services, these networks include public transit, sedans, multi-passenger vans, wheelchair lift vehicles, ambulances, and stretcher vans. Providers pass stringent credentialing process and follow all Guidelines.
Monitoring
Monitoring all required documentation for service providers is something that keep our clients, vendors, and those we serve safe. From business incorporation, licensures, background checks, certifications, to insurance certifications must be kept in check for the proper operation of the business. Providers whose credentials are not current will not be assigned trips. Our field supervisors meet with all providers at different intervals and survey members and passengers for their satisfaction to ensure a high standard of quality across our networks.
